Scope of services
Each engagement is defined in a written proposal or statement of work. Anything outside that scope is agreed separately before we start.
Fees & payment
Fees, milestones, and payment terms are set out in your proposal. Any prices shown publicly are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you, unless stated otherwise. We may show the work in our portfolio.
Liability
We deliver our work with care, but our liability is limited to the value of the engagement. We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be handled by the competent court in the Netherlands.
